obviously backlinks play a vital role in keyword ranking in blogging. I am seeing so many websites having good backlinks ranks well in google search results. Although the over all domain authority matters. in one of post, i have one sub post that have best number of authority relevant backlinks. In my competitor, the same keyword post have less backlinks that are irrelevant. so that post is on top than my because of the over all domain authority.
so we should focus on that domain authority in order to rank the inner posts as well. so focus on to increase the domain authority.
just to keep in mind that internal linking is the best factor. Best way to create backlink is just focus on authority backlinks. If you get authority backlinks that will be fine. high authority sites have more link juice and get the backlinks from the low outbound pages.
