Commonly, in Kerala, rain starts in June. But the whole month was low rain scale. But when July started, it's started heavy rain all over Kerala. Almost all the district collectors have announced some days' leave for schools.
But in the middle of July, the rainfall has drastically slowed down. It's not continuously raining. The people in Kerala are always in fear because they faced floods continuously for 2 years a couple of years ago. In 2018 and 2019.

When rain was late, they always remember the flood that has occurred in 2018. In that year also, the low rainfall in June, and started raining heavily at the end of July, and continuously rained on almost the first two weeks of August.
